Winter Storm Update

Dear Friend,

Sixty-two days ago, a series of winter storms changed everything for families across Middle Tennessee. Today, because of supporters like you, recovery is not just underway — it’s happening.

In just under two months, Inspiritus Disaster Relief has:

  • Empowered 211 households on their road to recovery

  • Completed 479 projects, including chainsaw work, heavy equipment operations, and home assessments

  • Mobilized volunteers who have dedicated 2,384 hours of service to this response

Behind every number is a neighbor — a driveway cleared so someone can safely leave their home… a tree removed from a roof… a first step toward stability after days of uncertainty.

And while this progress is meaningful, the work is far from over.

Many of the families we are serving are older adults, individuals with limited resources, and those who simply do not have the means to recover on their own. What begins with debris removal often leads to a much longer journey — one that requires continued support, care, and resources to see through.

At Inspiritus, we remain committed to walking alongside each family, ensuring they are not left behind as relief efforts move forward.

There are two meaningful ways you can be part of this work:

JOIN US ON THE GROUND:
Volunteer with our disaster relief team, and help bring hope and hands on support directly to families in need.

SUPPORT FROM WHERE YOU ARE:
If you are unable to serve in person, your gift helps power every chainsaw cut, every cleared home, and every step toward recovery.

Thank you for being a part of this work. Because of you, recovery is possible.

With gratitude,

Jaime Mok
