Hurricane Dorian Response

The tragic destruction from Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas is unprecedented, and the storm’s eye made landfall in the US at Cape Hatteras, North Carolina on Friday, September 6th.

Our disaster response team, headed up by Sherry Buresh, is on the ground in North Carolina gutting out flooded homes and helping homeowners get back on their feet.

We will lend support to our brothers and sisters in need in the Carolinas and assist with initial clean-up, muck-and-gut operations, and volunteer coordination services.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this latest disaster. Please check back for new updates and follow our social channels to stay on top of the latest news.

Support our Hurricane Dorian relief efforts by donating today. You’ll be making a difference in the lives of those impacted by this latest natural disaster.

Inspiritus is looking for individuals, faith groups, and other community groups who are interested in volunteering to assist with recovery efforts when it is safe to do so.
